Edgewater Health’s new School-Based Health Clinic provides integrated primary care and behavioral health services to students and staff of West Side Leadership Academy, as well as the surrounding community.

Access to primary care and behavioral health services in one location is essential to supporting overall health, academic success, and well-being. Through Edgewater Health’s integrated care model, patients can receive coordinated primary care and behavioral health services at a single site when needed—reducing barriers to care and improving timely access to essential health services.

This clinic reflects Edgewater Health’s commitment to expanding access to comprehensive, patient-centered care where it is needed most.

Temporary Hours of Operation:

Tuesday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Behavioral Health Services)

Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Primary Care Services)

Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Behavioral Health Services)
