I have a passion for mental health and the mental wellbeing of others. I genuinely care for people, and I’m interested in the human experience. Life can be hard so being the support that other people may need is a constant goal of mine.

I like the fact that I can give back to my community.

My approach is centered around the client. I take a genuine interest in my clients, listen to them and their needs, then I tailor their treatment plans using evidence-based care. I also enjoy helping clients using alternative and complementary medicine (yoga, meditation, herbal supplements, etc.)
